Cosmos is not working??

I have done everything that was said to do to fix cosmos again, however there are no add-on's that are working. I do not have the option button at all and nothing from cosmos is working. How in the hell do I get cosmos working???

Please don't post a link to any other topics on this forum. I have read and tried most. Please tell me why cosmos is not running with WoW.
