In another example of how Blizzard has frigged up the second bar with their version, there is NO red filter over attack powers that are out of range. :x
I was used to Cosmos's ability to put a red tint over attack power icons that were out of range. NOW I have no such indicator, so I have no idea if I can use an attack power or not.
So, if you the Cosmos team will abandon the second bar in favour of the $hit Blizzard have put in it's place, can you at lease knock together a second bar tweak tool, to allow this red "out of range" tint to be applied to the new Blizzard tool bars... please.
If we have to use the crap that Blizzard dishes out, can you at least sprinkle a little sugar on top and make it functional.
