Problem with Pet bar & Second bar

When I summon my pet the pet bar appears over the second bar. This will also happen at random times as I play. The only way for me to get it to pop back where it should be is to open the cosmos options and click on the second bar box that enables it. Does anyone know what I might try to fix this. It happens at the worst times :D .. I need it to stay put!!

Same here :( I want second bar not blizz's second bar. Blizz second bar stinks
