HELP ME UN-INSTALL THE OLD COSMOS PLZ!!!!

I really need help cuz I think I have the latest cosmos but it still says everything is out of date and I think its becuz I still have the old cosmos.

STEP 1
Click:
START > Accessories > WINDOWS EXPLORER

STEP 2
In Windows Explorer CLICK on the left panel:
MY COMPUTER > C DRIVE (or whatever is your main harddrive) > PROGRAM FILES > WORLD OF WARCRAFT

STEP 3
In the World of Warcraft folder look for the folders marked here with the red arrow:

See the Cosmos one with the Red Arrow? Double click it. WHen the patcher finishes updating, click "Configuration" Then click UNINSTALL.
