Show Hidden Player LEvels, I can't find it

With the latest build of cosmos, in the interface settings of cosmos the "reveal hidden player levels" option is gone, and I cannot figure out how to get it back.

If anyone knows how I can get that installed, that'd be appreciated.

I'm not positive, but I believe the Blizzard patch removed that ability - so that's why the option is gone.
