Toolbar and Spellbook Problems

I downloaded Cosmos today, and since then I cannot put any abilities in my toolbar. Also my spellbook keeps closing when I open it. Any suggestions?

I think your spell book closes automatically if it opens up over another window. This was happening to me too, when I tried to open 2 windows over eachother. Try repositioning your spell book away from say your character paper doll window, and try it again. Lots of bugs with either cosmos or the client itself, but dang a crap load of em.
