Can't Roll Blue Items HELP!

I'm not sure if this is to do with cosmos but I'm not being able to roll on blue loots. Everyone else in the group can roll on it.
I click on the dice to roll and message comes out saying "This item will bind on pick up" so I click ok but nothing happens, I don't get a roll.
This isn't a problem with green loots which I can roll fine. Please help. Thanks.

The only thing that could possibly be affecting this is if you have the old RollSafely AddOn still, which if you upgraded cosmos correctly you should not. Look in your interface folder and see if you have a RollSafely folder, if so delete it. If you do have it you might also want to consider installing Cosmos clean as you may have other stuff left over you shouldn't.

I just checked the Interface folder, and yes there is RollSafely folder..
You're right i wasn't installing correctly, i been just overwriting the previous file so it never got deleted. Thanks for your speedy help.
