can i somehow get cosmos second bar to work again?

and also. what option in cosmos made ?? show the real level?

Blizzard remove the ability to reveal ?? NPC ( their -1 now) so it's no longer possible to do this. Second bar was removed because Blizzard now has theirs.

ok.. then another question. if i click someone or an enemy. the infobar for it is down in the right corner.. how can i move this somewhere else?
