Is The Level indictor for mobs and players disabled?

Im wondering if Blizzard told you to drop the lvl indicator on cosmos? Ive noticed tht it no longer works or isnt there all together??

No they didn't tell us - they removed the ability themselves. It now returns -1 instead of the real value.
