How Do I Start Cosmos

I Cant Start Cosmos How Do i do this I Looked On ThottBot.com and it has a Screenshot of the Enable Cosmos and i dont have to CAn Anything Tell me what to do or what is Wrong here. Thanks

If you had a previous version of cosmos, delete the Interface file in your WoW folder before extracting.

If this is your first time using cosmos, then simply extract the contents of the ZIP file to your WoW folder and run WoW. Cosmos should be enabled.
