Where is the Elite +?

I just noticed that elite mobs don't have + next to their level numbers and the boss mobs don't have ++ or +++. Was this feature taken out or is there a new way to enable this now?

Part of this has to do with the way blizzard has prevented us from displaying mob levels any longer if they're out of range. You can play with the tooltips feature to enable + for elite still I believe, but that's about the limit of it.
