Red overtop of spell buttons

I was wondering if anyone knows how to activate having the entire spell icon turn red (as opposed to just the number) when a target is out of range. I seem to have accidentally turned it off, and can't figure out how to get it back. (That or it was taken out...)

It's there, and it's under the AddOn called BarOptions! Just check the appropriate check box and you should be set to jet.
