I installed it, but it wont show up in game....

I installed the cosmos UI, but everytime I log into WoW there is no cosmos features, it's still the default UI. Any idea on how to fix this?

One of two things has probably happened.

One: You've installed to the wrong location.

Delete the Interface folder (if it exists) from your World of Warcraft directory.
Then simply extract the ZIP file to your World of Warcraft folder. It should place cosmos*****, cosmos.txt and a Folder called Interface in your WoW directory.

Two: You installed to the correct location but you have addons disabled that prevent cosmos from functioning.

At the character login screen, click the addons button (lower left) and make sure the addons are enabled and you have no "Dependency Missing" messages. Seeing these means there are other addons disabled that those addons require to function. Cosmos itself will fail to work if enough of these critical addons are turned off.

Hi. I just tried using cosmos, it creates the interface fodler in the wow directory as I would expect but when I launch wow I get the same old UI. As you suggested I was going to check that the compatibility feature was set ok, but I don't seem to have the Addon button on the character screen. The thing is I used to have it. Anyone know why this might happen?

I have a problem. Today I installed Cosmos after the patch, then I log in and pick a char to configure which addons I want to use. The only problem is that I must be removing an important one, becuase when I use /reloadui the Khaos Configure option on the Main menugoes away. I am right now removing the addons I don't use one by one to see which one is the crook here. But if someone could help this poor guy I would be very grateful =)

Ps: I didn't have this problem before the patch.

I solved it, and I also installed a fresh new version of auctioneer plus its adds =)

I've updated Cosmos before and I've never run into this problem. When in game I hit the M key and the Co-rds show up for few seconds the they disappear.

Same thing for my alt characters.

Ok, i tried as you said and i still have the same problem. Everything else loads but still no Co-ords. I have updated the Cosmos Add-Ons before and never had a problem that I didn't cause and I always got it working.

I'm lost on this one.

When you press "M" what happens ? What key you have bound on "M" ?

Usually right after i have reinstalled the addons i'll go back into the game and the coords will show up when i press the M key for a very few seconds the they disappear again. They won't come on for any of my other alts either. I've deleted and reinstalled Cosmos twice with the same result.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try typing this:
/tloc
It toggles the showing of coords under the minimap. :)

Can you confirm you are only using Cosmos addons and have no other addons, especially map/coords addons.
