Quest log < Party quests

How can i set that when i press the "L": the Party quests window pop-ups, not the official Quest log window?
I would like to when i press the quest key the Cosmos' Party quest window popup

Bind the "L" key to PartyQuests from the Better Key Bindings Menu.
