Even More Cosmos Confusion

Ive downloaded Cosmos and it doesnt seem to work for the account i have, for anyone else who uses my computer for their account it works..... as in i dont see any thing of the cosmos interface when im playing my account. others get all the options of the cosmos interface. i just wanted to know if there is a reason why.... and if i could change it. Thx

If the issue is only about your account you can try to reset your account's settings by deleting the your account's folder: it should be located in
/WTF/Account folder. There should also be the other folders of your friends' accounts;

Just delete the folder that has the name of your account and see if that works.
Have in mind though that doing that will reset your personal settings of the game (this can include notes on the map, keysettings, interface custom settings etc ).
