moveable custom bag addon?

Sry im a bit confused on what addon to use for my situation.
I have everything set the way I like for now,except when I open my bags they are underneath my right side bars (have 2 rows). what would work best? thanks.

edit: oh forgot...I did do this "Disable SideBars from the Addons scrren at the Character Login. Should solve your problem."

The thing is I was using the left side bar and wanted to keep it...but I guess I can redo a couple things and ditch it.

BarOptions will make a left bar "look-alike" to replace having sidebars disabled, uses Blizzard bars to do it. Disable Sidebars - they are the cause of your problem.
