Mouseover info box

Not sure if its allready possible but can you make it so that the mouseover info screen can be moved, its current in lowerright.

If your not sure what window im talking about its the one that pops up with info everytime you point at something with your mouse ei players, icons etc

Tooltips 101
As you may know, those boxes of information that pop up when you mouse over something are called Tooltips. Remember classic cosmos could attach them to the mouse, move them to the top center or relocate 'Uber' tooltips (item and spell information) to be next to the item in question. Well all of these options are now included in the Gymnast Tolltips tab in the Cosmos config.

But wait, there's more! You can now move those tooltips anywhere you please. Simply click the "Show" button in the config and a placeholder tooltip will pop up. Drag it wherever you want on screen. It will dissapear soon after you let go of it. By default Smart Anchoring is enabled. Tooltips Anchoring is not to be confused with the Frame Anchors which allow you to move them. Tooltip Anchoring is the corner of the tooltip from which it will expand upon opening. Smart Anchoring means that if you drag it to the top right it will expand down and to the left. If you drag it to the left middle it will be anchored on the left center of the tooltip and expand right. However it is also highly customizable. If you want the Tooltip on the right side of the screen to expand to the right, for example, you might want to disable Smart Anchoring and click the BottomLeft anchor button, then Show and drag it to the bottom right of the screen. If you didn't follow all that don't worry to much it can still be as simple as clicking the Show TopCenter button and then clicking on the placeholder tooltip to hide it and secure its position.

How about adding the option to have the tooltip follow the mouse, like the system that was in place before Gymnast? I really liked that.

you can still do that, its the checkbox that says: Anchor Tooltip To Mouse.
