More than just chat problems

Latest alpha, as of last night totally stripped all my windows and was back to default kind of.

I am getting no exp notices, level up notice skill up notices, basic channels kind of in all the same color. Was able to reset colors since I always have to anyway since I cannot see some color combos well at all.

Still no system type messages level up etc. Worked on cooking a bit last night and had to watch the notes above to see my two skill ups.

Any suggestions.

I noticed the same problem this morning (4/5). I downloaded the latest Alpha and launched the game. Chat windows were surprisingly quiet but I put that down to being very early (6am). The only messages I received were World Defense warnings. I did some tailoring but did not receive any of the usual skill increase messages. I would have checked things out more but I needed to head to work and to tell the truth I thought it was something I had done until I saw loghan's post.
