In the same way that you can hold down ALT (for example) to apply spell to yourself, could there be some method of applying this to a selected party member? E.g. either a couple of next/prev party member keys to select the active party member and then CTRL + key to apply to currently selected party member (without changing from current target)?
There could also be specific keys for Party Member 1, 2, 3, 4 etc
