Although in key bindings ESC is bound to 'Toggle Game Menu', it doesn't work. Also, ESC in the stock UI will deselect the current target, this no longer works either.

Hmm. Somehow I managed to reset this to get it to work again. Not sure what I did. If I figure out the cause/fix, I'll post it.

It randomly does it for me, too, and I'm still trying to figure out what causes it. I normally don't notice it until I try to logout, though.

I notice it a lot since I use ESC to deselect targets often. I'll try disabling party quests.

A temporary solotion is to turn off oarty quest from the addon selection or opening the normal QuestLog, selecting another quest and closing it.

This annoyance will occour when you complete a quest that you are traking with Party Quest, It seems...

well it happens more then just with the quest tracker ..as i never use it .. but i've had this bug once or twice now

The new version of QuickLoot causes this very frequently. The problem arises from the new autohiding code using LootFrame:Hide() instead of CloseLoot(). Changing it back fixes the problem. Download my version, which also makes the loot frame draggable, here: http://users.frii.com/garren/QuickLoot_NichMod_1300.zip

Would this also explain why QuickLoot stops moving the window to underneath my mouse? I've noticed that the Esc bug happens at the same time as the quickloot stops functioning.

I too can verify there is an issue with QuickLoot. Whenever there is no loot to get from a mob, the Esc key stops working to bring up the menu or to de-select target. I tried to get Saeris's fix but the URL doesn't exist.

I tried Saeris Version and it works for me.
Had the problem that whenever i looted a mob that had no loot, the loot window opened in the upper left position from then on (instead of opening under the Cursor).
For all of you who can't get access to the file, ever tried to open the directory instead....

What can be done to get fixes like this in the Cosmos distribution ? I also found a bug and posted the fix for it, but it seems that nobody of the Cosmos staff reads all these postings.
