Spell cast-time bar

Is there a way to move this? Mine is behind my top bars at the bottom of the screen and I can only see about 1/3 of it.

The Alpha version has something called ArcaneBar which puts the cast bar behind your name in little window containing your hp/mana bars. It also allows you to disable the default cast bar. There is however no way to move the castbar itself currently, so you can choose to use ArcaneBar and disable the cast bar or if you turn on both of blizzards bottom bars it'll pop up the castbar on top of them.
