This mod will populate the the main map with MapNotes for local landmarks, even in unexplored areas. As you mouse over them, you will see the description.
The landmarks are all retrieved from the UI, so it is just making visible information that the client already knows about. It should continue to work even in new zones if/when they are released later.
The MapNotes AddOn is required because all Magellan really does is create Map Notes.
