Strange reoccuring error

For awhile now ive been getting this error, but now that bg's are out its like every 30secs the window pops up...

any help would be great

Do you have a FrameXML folder? look in your interface folder.

I actually stumbled across something in the wow support forums, it said to delete the wdb and wtf folders. Did so and no more error, but lost all my macros

i'm trying to hold off on that... but i am getting some weird framexml folder errors and i don't seem to have that folder anywhere =\
