Thottbot doesn't collect character stats

Whenever I upload my info to thottbot, it only shows up with my items but not my stats. I've tried to disable/enable everything in the thott menu but nothing. I'm logged in both onside and in cosmos uploader.

I want to bump this again, I've heard lots of people with the same problem.

I'm on European servers if that has anything to do with anything.

Got the same problem right from the start of the european servers. The cosmos exe says that it uploaded some kb of data, but I still have no thottbot profile.

I first thought that it is related with my internet connection, I live in a student building and have a IC over the university's network, but actually my computer is behind a NAT in a student subnet.
But when I tried it out at my parent's house, it still didn't work. Since this thottbot profile feature is not necessary for gameplay fun, I didn't look into it much further.

Why should cosmos***** upload data if the data collection is not activated?

beats me, but you never know...

if when you click a player it says "getting target profile...thottbot rofile complete" and then you upload and see nothing..that is strange indeed.

Have you tried to log into thottbot lately? it goes all screwy for me and i have to close the webpage - both IE and firefox.
Maybe that is the problem, its thottbotts connection thats not playing?

it was very buggy for me for a while, but now it works fine and it updates fine, but doesn't work for other people. weird stuff.

If you aren't using the latest alpha version of Thottbot, please try updating and see if that helps your isssue any, there was a new release recently.

Any news on this yet? I run the most up to date alpha version of Cosmos and none of my toons get their stats uploaded to Thottbot. However, their equipment (with enchantments) appear fine.

P.S. I also can't log into Thottbot's website. Goes all screwy like other people have mentioned, gets stuck in an infinite loop on the login script.

for me, it seems totally random as to whether or not i can login. somedays yes, somedays no.

This hasn't been fixed yet. Seems that it happens randomly to user profiles. Could it be something wrong with europe profiles?

I get the same issue with all of my toons, and I'm a player in the USA, so I doubt it's a European thing:

Personally, I have all thottbot options enabled, even "Heavy data collection". I have made a point, on several separate occasions to log a character in, click my own name so I get the "Collecting profile... profile collection complete..." message, then... log right out of the game, and rerun cosmos*****. Then, 9 out of 10 times, it updates my profile right away (or within a few moments) and still... no data. Just my armor but no stats, resists, AC, nuthin'... just my armor and info on that.

I can't complain too much, as someone else mentioned, it doesn't affect game play, and it is a free addon. It's just annoying since my roomies old character has stats on his from about 6 months ago:

I just downloaded and reinstalled Cosmos from the Cosmosui.org site rather than through Thottbot's site (does it make a difference in versions?) ... and now, even after logging in, clicking on myself and another player, then logging out (either thru the menus, or via /logout, or /quit)... I reran Cosmos***** and it states the data is uploaded, but my info is not changing at all... all my profiles state that none have been updated in at least 7 days.

On another note, since I don't see forums or support/help on Thottbot's site, I've noticed that I do have a login user/pass in Cosmos*****, but the account doesn't use the same as the Thottbot website password... are they two different acounts? *sigh* As I menioned, it's not a big deal, but it is slighly aggravating since I'm not sure if I'm not doing something (and I've looked all over Cosmos' settings, and w/ the latest version, Khaos' settings... to no avail).

I think you need to use the same login/pass. your char data is protected under your username/pass, in case you want to keep other people from uploading your data.

If you look at profiles with stats you will probably notice that most haven't been updated in over 3 months. I haven't found any current profiles with stats on them. Looks like something broke a few months ago and never got fixed.
