Looking for Addon: Action Bar Shortcut key lables

Has anyone seen/know of an addon that makes your shortcut key lables stand out more on skill bars. Some of my bindings, namly skills i have bound to , . / ' ; are hard to see with the skill art. Looking for a way to make it stand out a bit more.

Yeah, i was actually looking for how to turn on the labels themselves, when i realized they are already on, just increadibly hard to see. Times like this when i wish i had time to get into wowUI scripting.
