NPC Health Bar and Level Display

All of a sudden I am getting a display of every NPC in my visual field displaying a health bar with a level indicator next to it. I did not change anything in Cosmos so I am wondering where this came from. Anyone know how to turn it off?

you pressed "V", wich is binded to something that display npc/ monter HP/level/name on their location on-screen :-)

this is a default wow feature.

I know it threw me for a loop the first time i hit V by accident, and many assume that it is some UI mod.
