Wave goodbye to PetMonitor, functionality -> CombatCaller

Hi,

PetMonitor was doing 2 jobs:

1: show party pet hp
2: allow shouting when pet was wounded.


the part 1 is now in the blizzard UI
the part 2 will be moved in CombatCaller as soon I have time to update the code.

Hoping everybody will be happy.
