How to Install HELP!!!

How do i install and where do i install the Cosmos_Relese file i just downloaded. THis is my first time ever using a UI mod. Need alot of help here please. Step by step would be nice, cause i am not very computer orented.

go download cosmos***** from this site. then configure it to install cosmos (alpha). it shall take care of the rest for you. do you use other addons?

You should look at the readme.txt in the zip.
Where you can find something like :

To Install follow any of these procedures:

Option 1 Cosmos*****:

1) Put Cosmos***** in the \World of Warcraft\ directory and run.
2) From the Cosmos***** configuration menu choose the Cosmos package you wish to install.

Option 2 Cosmos.zip package:

1) Extract the zip to the \World of Warcraft\ directory, all files should be placed in the correct locations.

Option 3 Manual placement:

1) Extract the Cosmos.zip file to a temporary location
2) Create a directory called \Interface\ in the \World of Warcraft\ directory
3) Place the \AddOns\ directory from the temporary location into the newly created \Interface\ directory.

After installation you should have the following directory structure:

1) \World of Warcraft\Cosmos.txt
2) \World of Warcraft\Cosmos*****
3) \World of Warcraft\Interface\readme.txt
4) \World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\
5) \World of Warcraft\Interface\DisabledAddOns\
