OK If Im rerading it right it says you can see other peoples Inventory?
Not sure if that what it is but what eactly does this do and how do I use it?

EquipCompare won't let you read other people's inventories. It will allow you to compare your inventory with the inventories of your other characters that you have on the same server. It is able to do this only if you have the CharactersViewer AddOn installed and turned on as well. CharactersViewer is responsible for holding the information about your other characters, and EquipCompare is responsible for displaying that information in the comparison tooltips.
