Quest button not working

My Quest button has stopped working. When I click on it nothing comes up, and if I hover over it the 'Talent' help advice comes up.

I am not sure if this is linked to the latest patch as I been absent from WoW for a while. I am not even sure if it is a Cosmos problem.

Also, I only seem to notice it if I am playing with my Hunter character, not my Rogue character.

Any advice appreciated.

old Blizzard bug if you're too low a level to have tallents. Go beg them to fix it. it's annoying.

i remember when this happened to me. it went away just as randomly.
