Hi,

The probelm which I have is when I'm in battle it comes up with how much damage is being done to me as well as healing via a team mate above my character on screen. So when i get hit lets say in battle, u see in red above my charater the number 4 drifting upwards then disappering. It causes my computer to lag to hell and i've had a look in all cosmos options to have this removed but I can't find it anywhere :(

Can you please help me cause I can't play WOW without this option turned off and I love cosmos so much.

ScrollingCombatText

increasing your script memory in the addons menu on your char. select screen may also improve your lag issue. and more RAM ;)

where abouts is this command? I have looked everywhere.

if i increase the script memory? Wouldn't this make the game more laggy? It's on 32 MB at the moment. what do u suggest?

i have 792 MB on RAM on one computer an the other computer is 512 MB.

there's no command. if i remember correctly, you can access it from the Cosmos menu (cute 'C' on the minimap) and then scrolling down to ScrollingCombatText

the script memory size can be changeby clicking the AddOns button at the bottom left of your char. select screen. (i don't think you were asking for clarification on this, but hey, it never hurts)
It might make the game lag worse, but it may also allow the information requests that might be lagging your game to be somewhere in memory that is more accesible and therefore fplus it's easy to change back, so if it doesn't work..well..no loss
