Bottom right action bar and second rightbar

all went fine until i wanted to remove the cosmos right bottom action bar at addons i disabeld everything and it was still there. :( then i wanted to use the second right action bar and then a second bar appeared above the bottom right action bar :? and it copied everything i set into the second right action bar.

its a bit confusing :S
