Button Bar Locking

Is there a way to lock down the button bars so that I can not add, remove, or move hot buttons in the bar? I have several times in combat accidentally removed a hot button I needed from the bar.

There's a built-in option on the Interface window where you turn on the Blizz sidebars.

But I think it would be easier to add that funktion to an Earth-Button like the Anchors.
