mobile frames bug with loot bag, only on 2 of 4 toons

i have mobile frames toggled on, so i can move ALL my bags.

yet, on 2 of my 4 toons i cant move my loot bag...its very very odd, i can move everyother bag with all 4 toons, yet the loot bag is non-movable with 2 of my toons...

i've deleted the interface, deleted all files associated with cosmos reinstalled the most recent version with no change.

any remedies to this?

I assume you've tried disabling and reenabling mobile bags and resetting them on each of the problem characters.

also note that cosmos option are "per-characte" setting.
