CastOptions won't self-cast Lay on Hands

When trying to self-cast Lay on Hands, neither the smart self-cast nor the alt-self-cast options seem to work correctly. Upon clicking the icon on the action bar, I get the standard glowing hand waiting for me to select a target. All my other healing abilities seem to self-cast just fine.

alt-self-casting LOH works fine for me...
Perhaps it's an addon conflict.

Cee, check your CastOptions version, you can find it in CastOptions.lua around line 48. If there is no version there, or it isn't a number like 1.52, then it is old, and you need to update:

I have version 1.52, but I'll try disabling some other addons and see if that improves things :)

I've now disabled all of my addons, except for CastOptions, Chronos, Cosmos, Earth & Sea. I have ticked only "Enable CastOptions" and "Enable smart self cast". I have no target, and when clicking Lay on Hands, I get the glowing targetting pointer.

Having a 1hr cooldown when trying to experiment with this is a little awkward :(

Ah, well i never use smart self cast if that helps. That might be what's causing the problem.

Cee, what rank of Lay on Hands are you casting?

Nermind, I found the issue, Lay on Hands a special tooltip that isnt the same as the others, and has it's range in a different place, so wasn't passing the range indicator.

I've modified it so that it will now only check range indicator on spells that require it(such as seal of sacrifice).. I'll do release sometime monday prolly..
