Cannot AltSelfCast Dispel Magic!

i LOVE cast options, and the new rank casting is great; but I have noticed a problem with altselfcasting. i have smart casting enabled, i have alt self cast enabled, and i have it set where Dispel Magic will not be automatically self cast. now, when I hold down alt and click Dispel Magic, the cursor highlights to indicate it is ready for a target, but it will not self-cast. i have tried enabling and disabling many different options, and have even set it so nothing is smart cast, and i can altselfcast abolish disease, and power word: fortitude, but i cannot alt-self-cast dispel magic! i even checked the thread here: http://www.cosmosui.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=10495 and i got the latest version you had there, but this still won't work. any ideas?

No, that makes it so it won't self cast Dispel Magic, period.
Secondly(and I'm going to change this) if you try to self cast dispel magic, and you don't have any magic debuffs, it won't cast it. I will change so it will only do this if you have a hostile target... That way you can pointlessly self cast dispel magic again(though I dunno why people wanna spend mana to cast something on themselves using quick key functionality when they dont have anything to dispel)
