Uninstall Bug.....I think

I recently uninstalled Cosmos, and now i dont have a add ons button on the char select screen. I beleive this bug is from uninstalling but not sure. Plz Help

If you have no addons, the button won't show up. I haven't used cosmos in a long time, but does the uninstaller still empty the interface folder?

how DO i uninstall -_- ive been trying to figure out for the past 15 minutes. i need to uninstall and reinstall it.
