Where did the clock offset go?

Patched Cosmos tonight with the Kaos patch and the ability adjust the clock to match players local time instead of server time seems to be gone.
Clock is a bit useless if you're living in EST and Clock is displaying CST!

Did you try changing the difficulty to "Master"? More options will show up at this setting. The "Difficulty" modifier I speak of is a drop down in the top center of the new "Khaos" window.
