Blue tooltips all round? (Khaos)

I've downloaded the latest Alpha (some form of Cosmos2), but now, all tooltips are coloured blue. This applies to my PvP enabled player allies (who should have a green tooltip). Even my enemies (the horde) have blue tooltips instead of red! Same goes for NPC's, they're coloured blue also.
I've been through the Khaos Tooltips section (Master Difficulty) but I haven't been able to fix this.

Edit: Been doing some searching and it looks like the option that should be controlling the coloured tooltips is 'Enable Coloured Tooltips'. Is this bugged?

Did you try changing the difficulty to "Master"? More options will show up at this setting. The "Difficulty" modifier I speak of is a drop down in the top center of the new Cosmos 2 window. I didn't personally notice any problems with tooltips coloring, though I may have just not been paying attention last night while I was so mesmorized by the new Cosmos :)

I did mention previously that I'd changed to Master Difficulty. This is indeed a bug, I've stated above the option that causes the colured tooltips to activate, which means all Players/NPC's have blue tooltips regardless of faction or PvP status.

Okay, I found a work around for this. Gets them working. Down side, you still have to the old cosmos UI installed and then .nopatch it.

THEN, in the addons (button at character selection) go down and UNCHECK "tooltips complete". Leave ALL the other "ToolTips xxxx" checked. (Should be like 5 of them I think). Then enter the game. Go into the Cosmos Config(NOT khaos) and turn them off then on again and they work fine.

Hope this makes since. Let me know if it doesn't

Dev's looking at this? I didn't see this on known issues or anything... and I really need this.

If I was going to install the tooltips mods from the old cosmos.. I'd just as easily go download the mod from curse-gaming. However, if Cosmos is going to offer colored tooltips, I'd assume the plan is not for them to all appear blue. :P
