When i downloaded cosmos and logged on to my account there was a damage done bar and I don't know how to get rid of it. Can someone tell me?

Try typing "/dmhide".

Or completely disable the DamageMeter addon by going to the character-selection screen (just after login) and pressing the Addons button. Disable any addon that you know you don't want to use. Remember to check that you don't accidentally disable an addon that is required by another addon that you want to use.
