Target thingy, please help

Hi, i downloaded Cosmos and got this weird target thing on my screen, and when i hover my curser over a emeny the name come up next to the new "target" i have insted of of the enemy, long story short i dont like this is there a way to get rid of the "target" i have?

Please help a noob in need!
