Missing Blizzard UI abilities

I've got a couple of problems that I don't know where they come from, so I'm asking you bright people for help.

I used to be able to right click on a name at the beginning of a chat line and get options to whisper, invite, and I think something else. Now I don't. What happened?

Blizzard says I'm supposed to be able to relink a linked item with either Shift-Click or Ctrl-Click, I forget which, but I can't.

the problem about right-clicking a name and being able to /w or /inv them is a known issue, but it affects people sporadically (myself included) and AFAIK, the actual cause of the problem is unsolved. try using telltrack, you can right click on names there.

as for the linking of items, try shift + click. that works for me.

See, but I can't ever right-click names and get my menu anymore. And the shift-click works from inventory, but not in chat, which I've been told it's supposed to. Which is why I'm puzzled. Not irritated really, but vaguely frustrated.

It is caused by some addons, like Lootlink and ReagentInfo, last time I tested the bug doesn't appear while using only Cosmos, so if you have other addons like me the only way to solve this is to disable all extra addons 1 by 1 and see what causes this; unfortunately once you find the culprit the only way to get rid of the bug is to disable the addon; btw I don't think cosmos causes this because I read on the Insomniax mod forum that some people using Insomniax have this bug.
