Cosmos File Distribution Changes

Currently the Cosmos team is working to provide different distribution packages available for download. A few of which are a Beginner package which contains limited addons, a Developer package which include all of the function libraries and other development tools and a Core package which only contains the function libraries.

During the transition you may experience issues with Cosmos***** and downloading these packages, they may cease to function properly or may put files in an improper location. Please take care and monitor what is happening in the change report when Cosmos***** patches something to ensure that you do not lose anything you do not wish to lose.

Is it possible to add Khaos, Earth and Sky to the Thottbot Only option?

Or perhaps...

A new version of Cosmos***** where, aswell as the pre-built distribution files, there is a list of all the mods in Cosmos, with boxes you can add ticks next to. Mods marked with the tick will get downloaded/updated where the rest would be deleted via the "Keep Interface Clean" option (if enabled).

You see, all I use is Chronos, Earth, Khaos, Sea, Sky and Thottbot (aswell as about two dozen other non-Cosmos mods) and it's becoming a chore downloading the Alpha just to update those 6 Cosmos mods.

Just an idea... what do you think? :wink:
