Missing Bar Options settings?

Howdy,

Since the big update I've been missing the cast bar that is normally above the bag icons. Maybe I'm blind, but I'm not seeing an option to trun it back on. Additionally the scroll bars used to modify the vertical location of the left and and right cast bars seem to be absent. I've already tried increasing the user skill to the max and still don't see the options for these. Any hints/suggestions? Thanks.

the casting bar might have been moved, and you can reset it in mobileframes (last i checked it had two entries with 'castingbar', try resetting them both)
