I think it would be more useful to be able to create a set of custom 'tags' and apply them to players via the social note button. similar to a KoS list, but more verbose. I could imagine creating tags for 'ninja looter,' '12 yr old,' etc...

The main issue I have with this is I can't scroll through the note text.

I would recommend replacing this with NotesUNeed (http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=1440) which seems to be a lot more configurable. It looks like it does pretty much everything Socialmods does any more.
