Have it on to only move the window when it opens. Elseways you keep moving around anyway when there's trash (such as on slimes) that you don't want to tag along.

There's already an option for that: "Only move the window to the mouse."

Absolute must have.
Only issue I've ever had was trying to loot something when the cursor is at the bottom of the screen and the objects are not selectable to loot them. Basically close the loot window and re-loot object.

I use this addon only for the "auto close loot window if empty" option. I do not like windows to move around on the screen on me in general so I leave all of those options unchecked.

I too use it primarily for the auto-close on empty feature.
However sometime I'll fully turn it on, but sometime if you are doing a lot of killing I only want certain things and only have so much room (hello I'm a pack rat).

I've disabled this addon because it seems to prevent MobileFrames from making the loot frame draggable.
