I've disabled it because since the 1.9 patch it seems to be forcing me to be joined to the Trade and LFG channels when I'm in a city, even if I try to leave those channels.

This was just "too much" for me - over board - like going to Pep Boys one too many times for that 1985 Nissan.

Looks like my issue has been fixed. I've turned it back on but I don't really see what's all that useful about it (other than having a convenient list of emotes)

Only reason I use it because it does prevent channel number changes... I don't use or care about any other stuff from it.

ChannelManager will most likely be replaced in the near future with ChatBar and ChannelMenu, however we're still looking for a good emote menu/list addon. The only one I seem to like is TitanEmoteMenu. We're looking for suggestions or someone to write one.

Basicly we'd like to have all possible emotes and it'd be nice to have if be scrollable with a small form factor and a favorites list. It would also be nice to have each addon localized with estimated text of what the emote says, perhaps in a tooltip.

This is the single reason why I HATE the Channel Manager. How the hell do I set it up to lock my channels into the same numbers every time, everywhere?

doesn't interfere with channel manager, increases quality of life by 110%

Thank you very much for this recommendation! It works great and my channels never change, and I can finally maintain and change the colors properly since the default system in WoW never works right.
