Your screen is not trashed by standard casting bar.

The mod shows very good how to use never used frame with your name.

I agree, this mod is a great space saver and helps keep my attention in the top left where it should be so I can watch heal percents ,etc. The text showing time left (available via the CastTime mod) is a bit tricky to get enabled, though. The options to get the CastTime text aligned right next to the casting bar are non existant and you gotta do it yourself. After some configuration though ArcaneBar + CastTime is great. I wish they were one in the same mod though.

Is there any info anywhere on what this mod does and how to use it? I don't remember seeing a config menu for it in Khaos or anything, and that wowwiki link goes to an empty page.

When you cast something (heal, spell, etc...), the bar where you character name is will "Fill Up"... like a meter.

Does anyone know if this still works with the 3.0 patch, and if not, any good replacement for it? X-perl is too wieldy for me. This was just a nice simple add-on. It doesnt appear to work for me now unfortunately.

Doesn't with 3.0, really enjoy this addon, so if the author could update it, would be appreciated, if not, no biggy, I'll find something else I guess.

Tried "Override" and "Enable" both highlight Green but still no bar on the player frame, so guess it's not up to date yet... hope so soon, thank you for working on it.

Samehere, the slash command /arcanebar works but the bar just doesn't show.

It shows your casting progress in the bar that contains your character name in your portrait.
