interesting, I'm not familiar with this one.
can you post some specifics about the shift+ functions (I'm not interested in the others)

This addons macros does some things thats I've not been able to duplicate by hitting buttons.
It's possible to write ones own macros that duplicate the effect, but whatever you write your own or use this one, I consider it *REQURIED* to play a druid to have this functionality.
What is this functionality? Basically it chains multiple feral actions together on one hardware event, like roar + maul or tigers fury + ravage. I've been trying to do this ever since the patch where Tigers Fury was made instant without global cooldown, but until I got this addon I've never managed to do it with button pressing. I always get red errors on pressing ravage fast after tigers fury.

Well, there's two ways to use the shapeshifting functionality in FeralSkills. There's the Shift+ macro, and then there's individual macros (and keybindings for all of those as well). Individual macros act just like normal forms, except pressing one when you can't go directly to that form will switch you to caster instead (commonly refered to as swiftshifting). Shift+ combines those 4 buttons into one. Which one it activates when you press the button depends on which modifier keys you hold down. For example, as I have it setup personally, holding Control and hitting Shift+ will switch to travel form. Holding no modifier and hitting Shift+ will switch to cat form. The 4 forms handled by FeralSkills are:
Bear
Cat
Travel (will also switch to Aquatic if you're swimming)
Mount (will start to mount up, and optionally cast any instant-cast spell you choose, such as to cast Nature's Grasp at the same time as you start to mount, so you have it on whenever you're mounted, or at least for the first 45 sec.)

First, is there any way to keep the hover tips from fading out in Khaos configure? Next, I love Feral Skills mod. It has made me much more effective in combat with my feral forms. I'm ready to take it to the next level and have the following questions.
Don't auto target. It says recommended to be ON. If checked is on the it is recommending to not auto target? I like auto target. Why would this ever be a problem?
-Only Growl if target's target is squishy. I've got no idea what target's target is supposed to mean or why I would only want to Growl if target is not high armor or has less than 40% health.
-Only Swipe when in a group. Does this mean in a party or when I have aggro from multiple mobs?
-Only Rake if target has high armor. Why would I want to do this? Is Rake less effective against low armor mobs?
-Only Cower when aggroed and in group. Again I'm assuming group means party.
-Only Rip if target has high armor. Same as above.
What happens if you have enabled both Rip and Ferocieous Bite while Clawing? It looks like combo points and the Health % can help determine which one goes off but still seems ambiguous to me.
Thanks

Would it be possible to add a feature where when shifting into cat-form causes track humanoids to be enabled? I know that shifting causes a global cooldown which would not allow this to be done in a single key press; but could you add some kind of functionality for it? I'm not sure what would be best: I noticed that you had the option to prowl when attempting to shift into cat form for a second time, maybe it should prowl and track humanoids or a similar such feature. Hopefully someone here might have a suggestion. I suppose at worst just add a bind for track humanoids.
Thanks for this great addon.

This post is quite old, but I just noticed that I never responded to it. So if ccgdood is still around, or, more likely, anyone else has these questions, here's the answer.
Don't auto target. It says recommended to be ON. If checked is on the it is recommending to not auto target? I like auto target. Why would this ever be a problem?
If you have auto target on, it'll try to find a target to attack when you try to attack, and don't have a target selected, or your target is dead. This can be *very* bad in instances where you're hitting the button as something dies, and it auto-targets a mob in the next group and faerie fire's them, pulling a second group of adds.
-Only Growl if target's target is squishy. I've got no idea what target's target is supposed to mean or why I would only want to Growl if target is not high armor or has less than 40% health.
Target's target is just that. The target of your target. Suppose you've got Bob The Lich targeted. Bob has Sally the Priest (ie, a party-mate) targeted. If you Maul+, it'll growl because your target (Bob)'s target (Sally) is a squishy. Whereas if Bob has Jim the Warrior (another party-mate) targeted, and you Maul+, it won't growl because your target (Bob)'s target (Jim) is not squishy. This is so that it leaves the aggro on those who can handle it, and gets aggro off of the squishies.
-Only Swipe when in a group. Does this mean in a party or when I have aggro from multiple mobs?
Group=Party/Raid. I'll change the wording on this to make it more clear.
-Only Rake if target has high armor. Why would I want to do this? Is Rake less effective against low armor mobs?
Comparatively, yes. Rake is a relatively weak attack, until you factor in the fact that most of its damage bypasses armor. Against a High armor target, Claw may do 150 damage, while Rake would do 200. Against a Low armor target, Claw may do 300 damage, while Rake still does 200. Against a low armor target, Claw will always be better.
-Only Cower when aggroed and in group. Again I'm assuming group means party.
Correct.
-Only Rip if target has high armor. Same as above.
Same answer as above.

Well, yeah, the different requirements for when to use them distinguish when each will be used, but the big thing is that it won't Rip a target that's already Ripped. So if you have both enabled, and don't have any other requirements in the way, it'll Rip the first time, and FB the next time when Rip is still ticking away on them.

Hey. Like you expected, it's not possible to track humanoids as soon as you shift to cat, because of the global cooldown. But, I could add Track Humanoids as another option of what to do when you try to shift to cat when already in cat (like Prowl is now). As for having it Prowl and Track Humanoids... I used to have my personal Prowl macro do that, but it broke in 1.10. It's a rather odd situation, but if you chain a 2nd spell after Prowl, even if there's no cooldown in the way, it'll de-stealth you. I don't know why, or any way around it. If you can provide a script that will prowl and track humanoids at the same time, I'd glady add it.

This addon is AMAZING!! It makes druid feel so much better to play! :D
I'm having a problem though where it forgets my settings when I log... so everytime I log in I have to go though all the /fs options checking the right boxes. What am I doing wrong? Is anyone else getting this problem? I am pressing 'save' but it only seems to remember it for that session.
Any help would be much appreciated... I keep forgetting and getting into BGs with nothing working correctly
Thankies! :D

Responded via PM... Also, try making the changes in Khaos, maybe the /fs dialog isn't properly saving to Khaos.
