Why does patcher 3.03 revert back to 2.20?

I am using the 3.03 patcher but everytime I update Cosmos it changes Cosmos***** back to version 2.20? Why does it do this and how do i stop it? Probably a Doh! event on my part but I cant see whats going wrong. Thanks...

Untick cosmos***** when it asks whether to update files.

It's not 'officially' released yet, so the patcher tries to get the latest release on the server which is 2.20. At least that's what I am pretty sure is happening.
